The Holiday Environment
Holiday creates a separate environment for your business, hosted in your selected AWS region, including Sydney. It connects approved information from your existing systems into one structured view of customers, projects, finances, documents and communications.
Every tool call is verified against both the AI identity’s permissions and the requesting user’s permissions before it runs. Those boundaries are enforced in the application, independently of the AI model.
AI inside Holiday uses approved, scoped connections rather than borrowed user credentials. Every action is recorded so management can see what happened, who requested it and which authority allowed it.

Holiday connects to the software your business already uses. When you ask a question, it searches every connected system you are permitted to access — then brings the relevant information together into one answer.
You do not need to open email, accounting, CRM, operations and document systems one by one. Holiday searches across them for you and answers with the wider business context.
